All our TABI products are shipped directly from our Toronto location. We  ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

We ship all over the world. Your shipping will be calculated based on the weight of your total order and destination.  Shipping is under a week for most destinations. 

Free Shipping for all orders over $45 to anywhere in Canada and the US.  For orders over $100 please contact us.  You are probably eligible for wholesale or bulk rates. 

Very Light Orders of 1 to 3 Pairs of TABI Socks are shipped via Canada Post Postage Stamps.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service which provides tracking.  We will send you the tracking information when it becomes available. 

US orders are shipped via USPS through a Canadian border shipping service.  We ship 1st Class or Priority Post depending on the size.  We will send you the tracking information when it is available.  USPS express shipping is not available at this time.

International Orders to Australia, Europe or UK are shipped by Parcel Force.  Tracking is available for an additional $4.50.  Please contact us - sales@cooleastmarket.com  to arrange for tracking.

For large orders or to arrange other shipping options such as courier please contact us directly – sales@cooleastmarket.com .

You can also arrange to pick up directly from the UPS Store location in Toronto where we have a mailbox and eliminate the shipping charge.  Just choose the No Shipping Required option.  Or you can call to schedule a visit to the home office 416-429-7399 to try on the products in person.
